Shipping Policy
All orders placed by you are generally shipped within 2 business days. We are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders worldwide until and unless specified otherwise
All orders placed by you are being shipped via Registered Air Mail from India and it generally take between 10 - 15 business days for deliverance.
Our items are shipped by registered air mail thereby a signature is mandatory at delivery. If there is no one accessible to take delivery, the post office will leave a notice for re-delivery or for the item to be picked up. In the event that the item is not claimed by you within a certain number of days (depending on your country's postal policy of your country), the item will get returned to us. Items will also get returned if your address is incorrect or not complete (like absence of your area code etc.). In such cases we can re-ship the parcel again to you but this time we will be charging you some specified shipping/handling fees. If a refund is issued we will subtract original shipping/handling fees as these would have already been incurred by us.
To date none of our packages have been levied any customs duties however in case there are any, the customer will be exclusively responsible for any customs duties or taxes connected with their purchase of products.
Some countries prohibit the importing of herbal products for personal use. Please check your country's policies before ordering any product. If customs returns your package to us, we will provide a refund on the purchase price of the product minus 10 % restocking fee. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If the package is seized by customs and not returned to us, we will not issue a refund .

Returns Policy
We are confident that you will love our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at herbalcureindia.com within 7 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Upon the receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund of your purchase amount less shipping and handling fees incurred by us. Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid.
