Upsetting of the stomach and loss of normal digestive functions is referred to as gastric trouble. It is a broader term that may be used to denote gas, pain in the abdomen, indigestion, constipation, flatulence, heaviness of the stomach as well as bloating. All such problems chiefly arise as a result of intake of spicy, oily and greasy foods. Such foods are quite difficult to be digested by the stomach and result in gastric trouble.
Gastric trouble may be cured and prevented by increasing fluid intake. Coconut water and papaya intake helps in soothing down the stomach. Ginger may be consumed by sprinkling salt over it. Exercise or physical activity is a must for those suffering from gastric trouble more often.
